About usLynne is the founder of Calon Yarns and is a self-confessed Yarn addict! An avid knitter and crochet crazy, she enjoys all types of projects from baby knits to big snuggly sweaters and all the little accessories in between. She always enjoys a new challenge or technique and is keen to see other people expand their knitting skills and come up with their own designs....sock knitting is her most current addiction!
Sinfi is our Sewing guru, who has a huge depth of knowledge and is passionate about getting her students confident on their machines! She has worked in costume construction, dressmaking, prop making, machine embroidery, men's tailoring...the list goes on. Her classes and workshops are always busy with creativity!
Eirian is our Crochet Queen and creates shawls, clothes, amigurumi creatures....even Christmas Trees!....she designs her own patterns and is keen to get all her students unleashing their creative crochet side!
Lisa is our Cake decorating expert and creates wonderful Cupcakes for all occaisions! There is nothing this woman can't create out of sugarpaste! She runs regular mini workshops and her students always come away with a smile and a whole load of new best friends.....eager to taste their Cupcake Creations!
We also have guest tutors who are invited to come and teach a day workshop at Calon Yarns in their particular craft or technique.
